Sauteed yellowtail and asparagus with carbonara sauce

【Ingredients】(1 serving)

80 g (2.8 oz) yellowtail

3 green asparagus

1 egg

1 tablespoon chopped onion

30 g (1.1 oz) bacon

1 teaspoon anchovy paste

1 tablespoon yogurt

1 tablespoon powdered cheese

1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped

Frying oil as needed

A dash of salt and pepper

【How to cook】

1. Peel the hard root end of the green asparagus with a peeler. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on yellowtail.

3. Put frying oil in a frying pan and sauté the yellowtail and green asparagus.

4. Place eggs, onion, and bacon in a bowl and slowly heat in hot water. Add anchovy paste, yogurt, powdered cheese and parsley and mix together.

5. Place the sautéed yellowtail and green asparagus from (3) on a plate and add the sauce from (4).

Garnish with parsley (not included as an ingredient).
