Red sea bream (Madai) Macaroni Gratin

Ingredients (1 serving)

- 50 g (1.8 oz) Tai fish

- 1 1/2 tablespoons onions, cut into large cubes

- 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 clove finely chopped

- 2 mushrooms, cut into thick slices

- 15 g bacon, cut 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 12 g macaroni

- 1/2 cup fresh cream

- 1 1/2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese

- Salt and pepper as needed

- Pizza cheese as needed

- Parsley, finely chopped


How to cook

1. Boil the macaroni. Lightly grease a gratin dish with butter (not counted as an ingredient).

2. Cut the Tai fish into bite-sized pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper. Put half of the butter in a frying pan and fry the Tai fish until browned. Take aside the fish from the pan. Add the remaining butter to the pan and heat the garlic until fragrant. Add bacon, onions and mushroom and cook.

3. Add fresh cream and heat until the cream volume is reduced to half, then add mascarpone cheese. Add salt and pepper.

4. Add Thai fish from (2)and the boiled macaroni from (1) to (3), mix together, and place in a gratin dish. Top with pizza cheese and bake until brown in the oven at 250°C (482°F).

5. After baking, sprinkle with parsley.
