Taco rice with yellowtail

【Ingredients】( 2servings)

160 g (5.6 oz) yellowtail, 1 cm (0.4 inch) cubes 

150 g (5.3 oz) steamed rice (1 bowl)

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic, 1 clove, finely minced

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

A dash of chili pepper

1 tomato, cut into 3 cm (1.2 inch) cubes

1/2 avocado, cut into 3 cm (1.2 inch) cubes

3 slices of lettuce

1 tablespoon frying oil

Salt and pepper, as needed

1/2 sliced cheese, cut long and thin


【How to cook】

1. Put frying oil in a frying pan and cook yellowtail until browned, then remove and put aside.

2. Add oil to the pan, and heat garlic until fragrant. Add onion and simmer until golden brown. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and chili pepper and heat. Season with salt and pepper, and put the cooked yellowtail.

3. Place rice on a plate and top with torn lettuce. Top with the yellowtail from (2), tomatoes and avocados. Sprinkle with cheese.
