Yellowtail cordon bleu style (Deep-fried pork cutlet)

【Ingredients】(1 serving)

1 yellowtail fillet (60 g, 2.1 oz)

2 basil leaves

1 slice ham

3/4 cup (30 g, 1.1 oz) bread crumbs

2 tablespoons powdered cheese

cake flour as needed

beaten egg as needed

deep-frying oil as needed

Italian parsley as needed

1/6 lettuce

1/6 lemon

<Aurora Sauce>

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mayonnaise


【How to cook】

1. Cut a horizontal slit in a yellowtail slice and open it up. Put basil leaves and a ham slice on top of the left side and close with the right side.

2. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup to make aurora sauce. Separately, mix bread crumbs and powdered cheese together.

3. Coat (1) with cake flour, beaten egg, and (2) bread crumbs with cheese, in that order. 4. Heat deep-flying oil in a frying pan, add (3) and deep fry on both sides.

5. Arrange on a plate, garnish with aurora sauce, lettuce, lemon and Italian parsley.
