Yellowtail Salad


- Yellowtail as much as you like

- Herbs and vegetables of your choice (baby leaves, lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.)


- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (rice vinegar or grain vinegar is also acceptable)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil 

- 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise 

- Dash of salt and pepper

How to cook

1. Make the dressing. Put mayonnaise in a bowl and add vinegar a little at a time. Add the olive oil a little at a time and mix to dissolve. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Arrange the yellowtail sashimi on a plate and add herbs and vegetables of your choice. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
